Hi, my name is Aimee Clarke and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). What is a LCSW? A LCSW is a mental health professional. I am also a certified clinical trauma professional (CCTP) and certified in Thanatology: death, dying, and bereavement (CT). As a LCSW, CCTP, CT, I uphold a high standard of ethics, professionalism, and continuing education.
I received my Bachelors in Psychology and my Master's in Social Work at Missouri State University. I began working as a social worker in Missouri & Arkansas and have continued only in Texas and Missouri. I have 16+ years of clinical experience serving people in their home and community settings, such as residential homes for children, in-home parenting programs, home health, hospice, bereavement support, nursing homes, acute hospital and psychiatric hospital.
Although I have a wide range of clinical experience in many areas of mental health with all ages, my specialty is working with individual adults with grief, loss, and trauma. I also work with adults undergoing anxiety, depression, and life changes. I love working with people and would be honored to meet and work with you.
